Water Resource Associates, Inc. (WRA) is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in water supply planning, water resource management, site development, civil engineering and environmental sciences. Founded in 1997, WRA taps a unique combination of technical and regulatory experience to assist public- and private-sector clients with comprehensive studies, planning, project management, design and permitting.

WRA was founded by two of the state's foremost authorities on water and resource management, former Southwest Florida Water Management District executives Peter Hubbell and Mark Farrell, P.E. Hubbell has more than 30 years of public/private experience in the water resources and environmental arenas. Farrell has nearly 30 years of public/private experience as an environmental and civil engineer and environmental policy maker. Together, they pioneered numerous innovative water management strategies and techniques that have been modeled and adopted throughout Florida, as well as nationally and abroad.                 

WRA’s multidisciplinary staff of highly trained professionals is results-focused and adept at tackling the engineering and environmental challenges and providing the most innovative and cost effective solutions. The team includes professional engineers, hydrologists, geologists, planners and environmental scientists with decades of public and private-sector experience.
